1. The connection between the oil platform and the crane pipe is equipped with the corresponding standard flange, and ensures that the foundation flange is firm and reliable, the height of the flange from the ground is 2.1 to 2.2 meters, and the height of the flange from the ground is 2.7 to 2.8 meters when the crane pipe is upside down. 

2. The sealing test of the product has been carried out when the product leaves the factory. When installing, the user only needs to refer to the schematic diagram of the structure, first connect the horizontal short pipe to the foundation flange on the oil delivery platform, and then connect the horizontal short pipe with the lifting arm group. 

Finally, the balancer is installed to connect the balancer pull rod. 

3. After the final assembly is completed, the balancer is adjusted. First, the lifting arm is lifted above 60 °to unscrew the tail end cover of the balancer, and the adjusting screw can make the crane pipe stop in the range of-15 °~ 60 °.

4. During the installation of the crane tube manufacturer, each flange must be lightly cleaned, and those with sealing grooves must install the O-ring with butter before connecting. 

5. Lubricating oil must be applied to the rotating part of each pin and the spring balancer before installation and use. 

6. When installing the 9th horizontal rotator item, we should pay attention to the horn angle, and the angle should be readjusted again if the angle is incorrect.
