The ladder is used for operators to walk safely between the fixed platform and the top of the tank car at different heights. 

As a standard product, the movable ladder is equipped with step-by-step locking, spring cylinder balance mechanism, hand and knee guardrail, foot overturning step. 

All the metal treads were treated with hot dip zinc.
